As long as these deviations remain within accepted tolerance ranges, the products are deemed suitable for mass production. Our expert team meticulously analyzes and reports the compliance of the produced parts within these tolerances and their alignment with CAD models. With 3D laser scanning technology, these deviations are detected and compared against the CAD models. These analyses are critical for enhancing product quality and optimizing production processes.
